What Does the following lung X-ray Indicate?

My xray result had findings of ..... Right upper lung and right paracardiac/lower lung discoid atelectasis or fibrosis. Left apical streaky opacities with apical pleural thickening maybe due to prominent lung markings. Discoid atelectasis / fibrosis or infiltrates are not ruled Out. Can you help me bout this?

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
These findings may be benign. You need CT chest to exclude asbestos related pleural disease to ruled out serious pathology.
Hope it helps best.
Take your best care.

Dr Ejaz
